About This Project

These antique folding canoes were made for military droppings during the WW2 and also became populair under the big crowd afterwards. Stef van der Bijl designed a steel frame work that carries the canoe and the glass separately. The canoe looks likes it carries the glass but is actually just hanging in the framework underneath the glass top.
